MIEBRS provides consultancy services for international contract development on solid and liquid waste management and remediation projects. The services include but not limited to:
- review of EOI (expression of interest) / RFP (request for proposal) / RFQ (request for quotation) documents,
- assessment of project sites,
- selection of local partner (where necessary),
- liaison with purchaser company and its PMC (project management cell) for necessary clarifications if any,
- preparation and submission of contract document
- necessary follow up with company’s contract cell regarding outcome.
We also provide technical services after award of contract during project execution stage, where required, for project implementation, monitoring, review and report preparation.
