Anthropogenic activities are the main causes of generation of green house gases (GHG) which contribute to global warming and ultimately to climate change, which is the most imperative environmental issue the global community is facing today. As a commitment to the Kyoto protocol, 1997, governments and industries are adopting several means to reduce one’s GHG footprint targeting to combat the climate change impact. Carbon audit or carbon footprint plays a pivotal role in monitoring the GHG emissions of any organization within a defined system with the intention to reduction meaningful emission.
MIEBRS provides consultancy services on carbon audit and suggests corrective and preventive actions by implementation of sustainable technologies as climate change mitigation measures. Our technical staff members have experience of working with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in India and gained sufficient expertise on sustainable development and climate change monitoring and mitigation measures.
