With rapid industrialization and population growth and also due to the climate change impact, it is expected that there will be severe scarcity of water availability, for per capita utilization, in near future with a probable intensification of water conflicts among consumer groups. As a preventive measure to this upcoming crisis MIEBRS provides technical services to chemical and oil & gas industries on water conservation study including design of rain water harvesting (RWH) and storm water catchment targeting to zero liquid discharge (ZLD) facility.
After completion of the study, the respective installation will have well defined plan for quantification of water requirement, consumption and disposal. Explore possibilities for reduction of water usage, reduction in generation of waste water, reuse and recycle of water, reduction of water loss, enhancement of water conservation, improvement of financial performance, enhancement of knowledge of the distribution system, better safeguard to public health and property, reduced legal liability and improving level of service to clients. This will help the installation in targeting its journey towards ZLD facility, hence preventing further pollution.
