The basic problem in today’s water treatment chemical application in most of the plants is inadequate monitoring of the water quality leading to wrong treatment design. Hence, due to lack of effective treatment design, the user ends up with damage of their water pipelines / condenser lines with clogging, corrosion and scale formation. Empathy for use of low cost treatment chemicals, to save overhead cost of operation and maintenance, also contributes to the unexpected damage in the water circulation systems.
MIEBRS’s approaches of water treatment is based on proper monitoring of the existing system and then design suitable water treatment chemical formulations with required doses. This helps in ensuring the quality performance of the treatment chemicals, hereby increasing the shelf life of the water circulation pipelines and other utilities.
With this mode of operation, we have designed various customized water treatment chemicals e.g. Biocides (MI-B1 & MI-B2), H2S scavenger (MI-SCAVNGR-H), Corrosion inhibitor (MI-CI) & Scale inhibitor (MI-SI), Oxygen scavenger (MI-SCAVNGR-O), Condenser cleaning chemicals (MI-CONCLN), etc. which are used mainly for treatment of cooling tower water, fire water, hydrotesting systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, produced water from oil reservoirs, reservoir souring, microbial induced corrosion, and many more applications. The design and formulations of these products are proprietary and efficient enough even at very low doses.
